The Minnesota Historical Society is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt. All proceeds from our museum stores directly support our mission to preserve and share Minnesota's unique history.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact, and confirm that the purchase was made within the last 30 days.

  Prepare Documentation

  Locate your original sales receipt or order confirmation email to include with your return as proof of purchase for a full refund.

• 3.
  Choose Return Method

  You may return items in person at any MNHS museum store location or mail them back to our central fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
